Pitched Re-Roofing Work using Clay

We decided to re-roof our house based on surveyors report. Mr McNair and his team re-tiled our roof, replacing our existing rosemary clay tiles with new Sandtoft clay tiles.

Mr McNair and his team arrived on time, as promised, and worked hard on the re-roofing works. They were very helpful with any questions we had about roof-lights, central heating flue, T.V aerials etc, in addition to organising scaffolding for gas heating engineers.

The work was independently monitored by the Bradford Councils Building Control Services, for safety and workmanship and was given a Building Control Completion Certificate.

We were happy with quality of the workmanship, and we are happy that the new clay tiles were locally sourced from Humberside.
